As part of our ongoing commitment to improving our services, we will be performing an important infrastructure upgrade. This upgrade involves transitioning our database technology to enhance the performance and reliability of our systems.
What You Need to Know:
Date and Time of Upgrade: Start: September 7, 2024, at 04:00 EDT PST-0100/MDT-0200/CDT-0300/EDT-0400/ADT-0500/ALST-0000/HST-2300 End: September 7, 2024, at 05:30 EDT
Estimated Downtime: The DNSFilter Dashboard and APIs will be unavailable for about 30 minutes. ALL operations performed through the Dashboard and APIs will not be accessible, including reporting and management. Existing filtering policies will remain active during maintenance.
Why is This Upgrade Necessary? This is the initial phase of a multi-step enhancement aimed at achieving robust high availability and eliminating scenarios necessitating downtime. Although there will be temporary access limitations, our filtering capabilities will continue uninterrupted based on existing policies.
