Issue was due to ISP outages for a subset of customers and was not related to DNSFilter. Resolved.
Our engineers have determined that the issue this morning was not related to DNSFilter. Some customers were affected by a temporary service degradation of their ISP.
Our engineers have determined that only a small subset of customers have been impacted and suspect internet service provider issues. Our secondary DNS Anycast network continues to operate normally.
We have received reports from UK and North America.
We are receiving reports of timeouts to DNS1 (22.214.171.124). We are investigating the issue. DNS2 (126.96.36.199) unaffected at this time.
