Our authentication provider has applied internal workarounds to the issues seen on their networks and are seeing stable performance in all regions.

Our authentication provider identified an issue with their cloud networking provider and is working to restore service to full health.

Most users logging into the DNSFilter dashboard have been experiencing normal operation. Some users may experience minor delays. Contact support@dnsfilter.com if you have any questions.

At this time we are continuing to monitor slowness caused by Auth0 in logging into the dashboard. DNS resolution has been and continues to be unaffected.

Multiple reports of dashboard login behavior returning to normal. We are continuing to monitor as our authentication provider (Auth0) still reports errors at https://status.auth0.com/

Investigating

We are aware of an issue that is causing an error upon logging into the DNSFilter dashboard. We are actively working to resolve this issue. The API (Permanent Tokens) and DNS resolution should not be affected.
