Reporting functionality continues to be fully operational.

Our engineers have been monitoring the status of dashboard reporting for several hours and all checks have succeeded. Reporting is fully operational.

Resolved

We have switched to a backup server which resolves sites being displayed incorrectly as “offline” and have restored most reporting functionality. Our engineering team continues to monitor the situation.
DNS Filtering continues normal operation.

Investigating

Our engineers have identified an issue with reporting. Customers may experience issues running reports from the Dashboard or the API. This issue does not affect filtering or DNS resolution. Our engineers are working to resolve this. We apologize for any inconvenience and will send out an update shortly.
