Due to the redundant nature of our anycast infrastructure, DNSFilter services including DNS layer security, content filtering and resolution are always available. In the event of regional downtime, DNSFilter automatically switches to the nearest data center with no manual intervention. By design, our core services will not be disrupted by planned or unplanned outages.

As such, via our status page, DNSFilter strives to provide complete transparency for the current and past status of our service.

Identified - Our engineering team has identified an issue that is causing the dashboard to not reflect changes correctly within the UI and is currently working to implement a fix to remediate the problem.

Changes are active and working as expected. There's currently a delay of up to 30 minutes before they show in the dashboard, so what you're seeing may not reflect the latest updates yet.

We will provide updated status as soon as possible once a fix has been implemented.
